Kevin W. Green is the principal and sole attorney at Kevin W. Green, P.C., a Dallas, Texas law firm having a general civil practice. He principally practices in the areas of real estate; business law including corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships; and wills and estate planning and probate. He handles a range of transactional matters for individuals and businesses.
Upon graduating from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1991 he was a principal in Hayter & Green, a law firm located in Greenville, Texas and then an associate attorney with Buter & Binion, P.C. and Passman Jones, Dallas, Texas law firms with national practices. He began his own practice, Kevin W. Green, P.C. in 2004.
Kevin received a BBA degree from Texas A&M University with a major in accounting in 1979 and an MBA degree, also from Texas A&M University, in 1980 and was a commercial energy and real estate lender with national banks located in Dallas, Texas for eight years.
Kevin and his wife, also an attorney, live in Dallas. They are long time members of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church in Dallas where he is an active usher and coffee maker at the Holy Joe’s coffee cart.
